Dear Friends,
This week's quote is from class CC 15, which was published in Volume 1 of The Living Light Dialogue. It begins with a question from a student.
“'Can you explain how we can find out which is the right or the wrong or the good or the bad in the subconscious, since everything is there, good and bad things that might have happened to us? If you want to pull something out of your subconscious for your own benefit or use it or bring it to the conscious or even to the superconscious mind, how can we know that it is good or bad to bring something up?'
Very simple exercise: Whenever you have an experience, simply ask yourself a question, “Why this? Why now?” Now if you are patient with that, in time—maybe not tomorrow, maybe in a month, maybe in a year, maybe ten—in time, you will trigger this doorway in between the two dimensions there and you will see why this experience and why now. Why not yesterday, why not tomorrow, why not next year, why this, and why now. But you’ve got to keep knocking, see. Knock and the door shall open, seek and ye shall find.
So that’s why he teaches the wisdom of patience. Wisdom only lives in patience. Did you ever see an impatient person that expressed much wisdom? I never have, but we can keep looking. Maybe we’ll find one."
