| Dear Friends, This week's quote is from spiritual awareness class A/V Special Seminar, which was published in Volume 12 of The Living Light Dialogue.
"You see, it doesn't mean that you must experience everything that old creation has to offer to be in total acceptance. It means that you look at the tree and you accept its divine right to be a tree, to express itself in the way of its own individuality. You accept the divine right of the little ant to have its home on the Earth and on the planet. You accept the divine right of all people, of all nature to express itself, though its expression is not in keeping with your own prejudgment. For, you see, your freedom, your goodness is ever in keeping with your acceptance of the divine right of life.
We are an inseparable part of this great stream of consciousness known as life. We are not greater than it. As the drop of water from the great oceans of time are not greater than the ocean itself, but they do contain all the constituents of the ocean, but they are not greater than the ocean. So we must learn to respect the infinite, divine Intelligence no matter what form it expresses through. We must learn to accept its right to express, because by denying its right to express in our consciousness we become greater than God, and we pay the price of experiencing the opposite of abundant goodness."
The Living Light Philosophy has many, many affirmations. They are designed to help us become more aware of our divine heritage. One affirmation that I have found very helpful to me is the following one. It was first published as part of The Serenity Game, which is a card game that has 500 cards of sayings and affirmations of the philosophy.
"God, I know that you divine laws never faileth, for I am this instant the living demonstration of that. I accept in consciousness your divine right of expression and I fear not to become the blade of grass for you are in it and, being in it, I am free."
